Just that it's so easy and if you're looking for something quick and absolutely SO DELISIOUS this is probably a recipe you want to save!
You'll find here three elements:
1. Cream.
2. Crumble.
3. Fresh strawberries.
Serve it in an abstractive way on a plate or layered in a glass. Both ways are beautiful and impressive.
ELEMENT #1 - CREAM
Ingredients:
Cashew butter 155g
Almond butter 55g
*Water 85g
Coconut cream 55g
**Agave 66g
Vanilla extract 5g
Lemon juice 20g
Sea salt pinch
Instructions:
Add all of the ingredients to a large bowl and wisk until well combined and the texture is smooth.
ELEMENT #2 - CRUMBLE
Ingredients:
Almond flour 40g
Oats flour 30g
Coconut sugar 20g
Almond butter 40g
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 150°C (300°F).
Mix all of the dry ingredients (flours and sugar) in a large bowl until well combined.
Add the almond butter and rub it in with your fingertips until the mixture looks like moist sand.
Spread on a baking sheet and bake for 6 minutes.

Serving:
Cut some fresh strawberries (or any other fruit like berries / persimmon / whatever is in the season) and place layers in a cup or serves in an abstract way on a plate.
