This is a recipe we posted before on our IG account, and it is totally worthy of being here on the magazine.
480g Almond flour
100g Whole rice flour
80g Coconut sugar
5g Psyllium husks
3g Baking soda
3g Baking powder
pinch of salt
100g Orange juice
70g Olive oil
60g Apple puree
25g Almond butter
5g Orange zest
Preheat the oven to 180 Celsius degrees.
In a bowl - mix well all the dry ingredients.
In another bowl mix al the wet ingredients.
Pour the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients bowl and mix very very well.
Add the dough to your baking tin, make sure to spread some oil on the tin before adding the dough or use baking paper instead - we used 30*10 rectangle tin.
You can decorate the top with some slivered almonds (like we did in the pic) - totally optional.
Bake for 40 minutes (may change, check every 10 min).
Let it cool down before taking out from the pan (yes, it hard. we know).
